Ground beef in a stout beer brown sauce with garden vegetables.  Surrounded with piped homemade mashed potatoes.

Belfast Salmon

Filet of salmon, perfectly grilled and drizzled with an Irish Whiskey cream sauce.  Served with baked potato and vegetable.
