Cajun Shrimp
Fresh shrimp dipped in cornmeal & Cajun seasoning. Served with creole remoulade and red pepper sauce.
Louisiana Pick-N-Peel Shrimp
Fresh Shrimp sauteed in our hot sauce, and topped with cajun seasoning.
Or cold shrimp served with cocktail sauce
Gator Bites
lightly breaded and seasoned Alligator, served with a creole mustard sauce.

A delicious jambalaya with Cajun spices, diced peppers, onions, tomatoes and rice.
Bayou Blackened Strip Steak
Pan blackened with cajun spices, and topped with crawfish bordelaise sauce. Served with red beans, rice and fresh vegetable.
French Quarter Pork
Tender escalopes of pork lion sauteed with mushrooms and onions, then finished with a bourbon cream sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
Golden Brown Mississippi Catfish
Our homemade spiced cornmeal and pecan breaded catfish, pan fried to a golden brown, topped with a roasted red pepper sauce and accompanied with a creole remolude sauce. Served with rice & red beans and fresh vegetable.

Bourbon St. Pecan Pie
In honor of Mardi Gras we have brought in one of the best pecan pies! Served Warm with homemade whipped cream.
Cafe Banana Foster
We take coffee add brown sugar, Banana infused Goslings Rum, and whipped cream.
